Breaking Boards Breaking Chains (or BBBC) is a high-energy international break-a-thon where martial artists and schools from all disciplines join together to fight back against global injustice by raising funds, putting on public displays and breaking boards. The BBBC campaign runs during the month of April but schools need to register 6-8 weeks in advance.
This year we are encouraging all schools, if possible, to choose the last Saturday of April as their break-a-thon event date. Although the campaign runs during the entire month of April, the more schools who choose to participate on the same day, the bigger impact we will have on a national scale.
Please note, registration is free.

First register your school by clicking the button above or by calling or emailing Martial Arts for Justice. Questions are always welcome!
Next you will need to select an event organizer. This could be a school owner, an instructor, parent, student or volunteer.
Then choose a date & time in April that works best for your school. We recommend that you allow 6 weeks for planning purposes.
The fourth set up is to read & follow the Breaking Boards Breaking Chains Toolkit, which we will send you, for your step-by-step event planning instructions.
That’s it! Celebrate success & your school’s commitment to building a better world! United we can end modern day slavery!
